60° wedge, roll the face open to an effective 75° or so, bend knees deeply, stay down on the ball, take about a 1/3, but hard swing, skull the ball 60 yds over the green and off the nearest tree.

59* wedge layed open with an open stance.  Make sure my shoulders match the slope of the ground as much as possible.  And basically take a hard swing to hack it out kind of like a bunker shot as stroh described.  No way I'd try a flop in that rough as the club would not make it through the ball correctly.  I'd swing hard but try to abbreviate my follow through like the pros.  Who knows where the hell the ball would go.
