Bought two seperate positions of equivalent dollar amounts.
Per share price:
APPL: $268.30
MSFT: $24.53
Which position will be worth more at the end of the calendar year?
Bought AAPL $10 below its 52-week high.
Bought MSFT at a 9-month low and $2.50 above its 52-week high low.
Edit: f'd that up. Didn't make sense before.
Did you end up selling these at the end of 2010? Or still holding? |

I'm going to ride it out as long as possible, but it just seems crazy for a what's essentially a consumer electronics to have the highest market cap of any company on any exchange. Cisco once hit a market of $600 billion, but that was at the height of the dot com bubble. |
