Gary Roberts has gathered the young Penguins under his wing and is showing them how to play Playoff Hockey. What a great late-season acquisition for the Pens. The guy is pure grit. At 40 years of age, you know the kids are looking to him for leadership in the dressing room, plus he's doing it on the ice as well.

Yes, Roberts was an excellent acquisition. A goal and an assist, plus some timely hits by Roberts in the third period was the difference. If the Pens go deep in this year's playoffs, I expect it will be due in no small part to Roberts' contributions. |
