There is no way I would send a Kangaroo to Minnesota, you would kill it!!!!!! Nah, he wouldn't do that. It wouldn't be legal. You sure? I don't remember reading anything about a kangaroo season in MN. I think he'd have a case. I'm positive. DNR says, "No season. Illegal. Case closed." Even crow has a hunting season, though it may have a clause for those that a causing destruction (I can't remember if they took that out or if it's still there). Even if we saw the kangaroo doing damage, I don't think we could claim that as a valid reason as it isn't an animal that makes MN it's home. There is the clause for self-defense, again we'd need to be able to give a ton of proof.
