in the letter writers defense. if you have ever been around Luke to say they have a lot of fighter traffic, would be the understatement of the year. it is the home of the USAF advanced fighter training. i imagine it can get pretty tiresome at times. in the defense of the USAF they long preceded the majority of the area residents and development for that matter.
