Just got home from 18. Shot a respectable 89. Still shorts weather.  Oh, yeah? Well, it's still 65º here, and that's t-shirt weather. 'Course, the breeze is a bit cool, so if you don't tolerate wind well, then you might also want a light windbreaker. Oh.... *sigh* Congrats on the 89! I don't think I'll ever see those days (at least, not for an 18... I'd have to be able to get out a lot more than I'm able to right now, anyway). |

just shoot for 89 putts then My, my, my! That just wouldn't do at all! Do you know how much that would bring my handicap (am I still allowed to call it that?  ) up? My putting is actually the better part of my game. It's the distance that gives me the most problems. If I could get to the green of a par 5 in less than 4 strokes, I might start getting somewhere. But until then.... |
