Speilberg and Hanks.. new Mini series

So my agent rings me yesterday and tells me about this new Mini Series that these two are producing:- "The War in the Pacific". She tells me that I have an audtion for a role of one of the Japanese soldiers.
Shooting is scheduled to begin here in August, which ties in well with my redundancy from my 'real' job.
At this stage I know it'll be a 9 month job..woohoo... and the 'pay' will be 'generous'. wooohoo.
Could be a nice interlude between Corporate Office Jobs....

Sweet gig. Spielberg is/has been active in the atrocity arena, will it be a prison camp thing or a fighting soldier? Good luck, if it works out it will fit in nicely. It's local so you don't have to be away from the new arrival too? |

Congrats, sounds cool! Wait a minute...you play to a 5 handicap, have a badass, futuristic hairstyle, AND audition for roles in Spielberg movies? I'm starting to consider defecting from the stroh fanclub...  |

Most of it is local, there is some travel later on though. So hopefully that won't cause too much trouble with jnr.
I'm just bedging my bets incase I don't get a real job in the next two months...LOL
