I still watch the Simpsons for nostalgia reasons. It was pretty bad last night, and I usually am less critical of the Halloween episodes because of past greatness. Scary moment: Mr. Burns called Homer by his weight (241 lbs?). There was a time when that would have seemed huge to me, but I'm slowly creeping up to that number.  (215 now) |

If you haven't really watched the Simpson's much - then don't bother starting with last night's episode.  That said, it was an entertaining half hour, but the most memorable part was the intro. Marge zapping the little ads was great! |

I've had an on again off again relationship with the Simpsons over the last decade, but IMO their best years are long behind them. Last night's episode was meh squared.
