I think they should have sprayed the whole crowd of blue t-shirt wearing idiots.  The poor policeman was being pushed, shoved and spat upon.

By the looks of the photos, we have the same bacon as the US, Canadian looks like slices of ham.

Amen to that Jules.  +1 to you and the Aussie cops.  Perhaps a wood shampoo would have been more to the liking of the media, as that response would have been much more precise.  You'd think from the copy, the cops sprayed battery acid on everybody.  Pepper spray is no big deal.  It washes off with water, and that is the decontamination process.
