more realistic  breakdowns coming into the week:

defense
#1 run, #25 pass, aggregate rank: 16,   .4% overall worse than average

offense
#8 run, #27 pass, aggregate rank:   20 ,  4.2% worse than average

overall cumulative rank: 16, 2% worse than average.
underachieving at 3-5 with estimated 4-4.5 wins through 8 games.

i think you should be more concerned about him keeping his hands on the ball.

1 lost fumble every 2.6667 games career.

how many more games could you have won  without those?

total yard stats are useless as they aren't normalized in any way.   I recommend you check out  the outsiders

I'll take 1 fumble on 30 attempts with an NFL record 296 yards rushing, and 3 TD's all day every day. Cool

playing in the NFC north that would probably get you up to an 8-8 season.

So far people have written off any NFC team as a potential SB champion this season, but as of now, the AFC has only a one game edge (20-19) in inter-conference play. The NFC seems to be stronger this year.

Ahem.  Grin
