I got pissed (and no not from drinking) around 2:00 and it kept getting worse to the culmination of me chewing out an operator. Part of it was unjustified so 30 minutes later I went back to apologize. He says "Why you got to have the attitude man? Why you got to be a *8==>* about it?"
Excuse me?
Am I not a supervisor in this factory and I was trying to apologize? Do you not understand what you are doing right now? Shut your mouth and take my apology before I get your ass fired for insubordination.

I've seen Spanky mad at work before, not pretty. Just stay clear for a while and he should be alright!  But you have to learn, it usually only takes once, then you learn, but for others....... you got to drop a ton of bricks on their head to get it thru to them!  |
