When will Steelers fire Arians?

seriously.

I know I post Fire Omar Tomlin  every week, and it is justified, but as bad as he is, the real source for the weekly losses pile up on this clown.  How he comes up with some of these play calls is just beyond logic.

The window is closing on this team. One more shot at a title after this season and they're done.

Historically, has the PIT offense been that bad (statistically) under him?  I have to put some blame on Roethlisberger, who does throw more than his share of interceptions and does hold the ball too long.  The O-line doesn't help the cause, either.  Nor does the constant injuries at RB or to said O-line.

I'd like to see them use the TE more -- I think it'd open up other possibilities.  And the Steelers offense HAS to learn the quick-release pass, for when the line just isn't giving Ben time to do anything drop back, duck and try to stay alive.  Their current quick pass is poor; try the slant like Brady-to-Welker -- that one works really well, and I think PIT has the personnel for it.
