at TPC Ghetto:

The golf course is actually 'Closed' today, but it's mid 40's and sunny, and the flags are in. Obviously, we're playing! I go out about 9:30, NOBODY there and head off the front. A few more people start to show up, random dumbasses and a couple of twosomes.

I make the turn and there's some codger with one of those practice sleeves using the 18th green as a practice area. There's a guy that's 3 or 4 holes ahead of me (went off the back) and a 2some behind me a ways. I'm on 14 and I see the codger continue to chip and putt 12 balls. I head down the back side for 15 and 16, come up and tee off 17 and I see he's STILL THERE as I walk up 17 fairway. I clear 17 green, and he starts to swat his balls off the green as I'm approaching 18 tee (its a short par 3).

Copasetic, right? Not on your *goshdarn* life! I'm on the box, he looks up and starts CHIPPING BACK ON TO THE GREEN! The dude that was in front of me is now using the ACTUAL practice green to practice. The practice green that's maybe 30 yards away from the 18th green. THAT practice green. He says something to the codger, and the codger looks up, waves, and walks onto the green to start putting his 12 *goshdarn* balls.

The dude on the practice green just shakes his head, looks in my direction and shrugs his shoulders.

I put that bitch right in the middle, too! Tee shot of the year so far. Devil
