Picked Up Madden '07 For The Wii.

Haven't tried it yet. Not sure how it will play using the Wii controllers. I can return it within 7 days, if I don't like it. Will post a review later. I haven't played Madden since 2000, on PS1, so I don't know what to expect. Well, other than #1 Run Defense

Supposed to have loads of freaky movements for shimmys and tackle blocks etc.
You will probably end up on your ass.
Take pictures.

Half time. Queens 7 Bears 7 Man this is a steep learning curve. 1 fatal flaw/savior in the game thus far(5 min.s into it) Troy Williamson can catch the ball!!!!! Who writes these things?? Early off to production apparently.

I think Troy Williamson is under-rated by most fans. I really do. Everyone was having a harder time catching the lame duck throw that Johnson throws. He did do better when T. Jack was put in, but in those games there was inclement weather. And no one was holding onto the football in those games.

Review:
Short story, short. I don't like it. I have played it ~5 times now. The controller/user interface is akward, and takes away from the game. Getting the timing down on kicking is unattainable.(and trust, me I am very cabable of precise well timed repetive hinging of the right wrist.)
The game is also very limited. screens/modes/etc.
I'm gonna return it, and just get the game cube version.
I like the Madden '07 it self. Good graphics, etc.
Give it a try, if your a big gamer, and are board with traditional game play. O/W it's a wast of time.
