... for the Melbourne Cup, where Melbournians take a Public Holiday for a Horse Race run the 1st Tuesday in November.... Grin Grin

Unfortunately an outbreak of Equine Flu has wreaked havoc across Souuthern Australia, so this years field will be made up of a couple of donkeys, some circus horses and a retired draught horse or two...
