I remember many years ago (about thirteen) I was at work in the lunchroom and there was about 20 people there. Somebody mentioned that word, and this is true I had never heard the word before. So I pop up in a rather loud voice and say "Whats a twat".  The whole lunch room was in hysterics, one girl couldn't talk but she had tears running down her eyes from laughing at me.
