My hands are already cramped

And not for the same reason Stroh's are. It's that they've pretty much morphed into permanent long-horns in anticipation of the Metallica (shut up aske) concert tonight. Here's to hoping they realize no one wants to hear anything that isn't on the first four albums.

Well, I found a set list from the Portland show, and find myself slightly less stoked. Oh well, it should still be reasonably cool (shut up aske).

Isn't that a bit presumptuous to plan for an encore. What if they suck so bad, everybody is cheering at the end because it's finally over?

They played the setlist almost as published. Except the encore, they surprised me with Die Die My Darling instead of Stone Cold Crazy, which was pretty cool, but they dropped Fight Fire with Fire, which sucks.
Way too much emphasis on Black album and newer. Only one song each from Kill 'em All and Ride the Lightning, which is disappointing. That aside, they still know how to put on a great show, and they work as hard as any act I've ever seen.
A side note about the opening act, Down. It's a damned shame that Dimebag is dead and Phil Anselmo is still alive and kicking.

At least I addressed it in the first sentence so you wouldn't be disappointed after reading the whole thing.
