Well, he's gone...

Beloved friend, knocker over of beers, leaver of grotesque 'Gifts', stealer of bright shiny objects, biter of hand that feeds him.
Mr. Cat has gone to a better place, although what could be better than napping all day in the clean clothes or on top of a warm appliance is anybodies guess.
Of course, that's where I found him about 6:45am, in the clean laundry. *fudge*er, just couldn't resist leaving me with cat hair all over the clean laundry ONE LAST TIME.

I don't hate dags, it's just that they're high maintenance.
Mr. Cat wasn't. Leave him some food and water, don't let his box get too nasty, and he was good to go.
I never intended to have a cat, but this one intended to have me. As the wise man said:
Dogs have owners, cat's have slaves
He just showed up at my door one day when I lived in California, a pathetic bedraggled mess. And hungry. Very, very hungry. It turns out, hungry is his natural state of being. I just had to take him in. That was almost 10 years ago. When I went to move up here, he jumped in a box that I was packing and would NOT come out. That settled that.
He'd slowed down, and I knew something was terribly wrong when he didn't eat anything Wednesday, but Thursday he seemed a little better and it looked he ate a little.
I'm gonna go cry now.

Sorry to hear about Mr. Cat.
May the clean laundry be warm where he is now.

I took him in for shot's a few months ago, and the (very cute, very young) vet told me he seemed fine, but also informed that he wasn't any kind of young any more.
Who is, LOL.

I just hope you didn't put him in the freezer before you buried him.
I did that to my cat and the bastard wouldn't fit in the hole I dug
