Years ago I worked out that the best way to reheat left over pizza was to put it in the toaster. It's quicker than heating it in the oven and doesn't come out all soggy if you put it in the microwave, and depending on the size of the toaster I can do up to four slices at a time

A George Foreman grill is perfect for reheating pizza. There's generally enough grease that oozes out to keep the cheese from sticking to the upper cooking surface. The crust will be nice and crispy and the cheese will be nicely browned. You can do this with a frying pan over low heat as well. You can even do quick flip to heat/brown the top of the slice. Mozzarella seems to an amazing ability of maintaining its structure and elasticity when fried.
