Stuffing Preference

What do you like in your stuffing? I generally prefer a simple bread stuffing, but my in-laws always make a hearty sausage stuffing. I've never had oyster stuffing.
What's your preference?
Bread (not including cornbread) Cornbread Sausage Oyster Apples Mushrooms Chestnuts Other (please specify)

I generally dislike any kind of cooked oysters. I like 'em raw with horseradish and lots of Tabasco.

No fruit in any kind of baked good or casserole, please.
Other than that, I've eaten everything on that list. Oyster stuffing is the best, IMHO...

Susan made a great stuffing. Similar to yours but had cranberries. And no mushrooms or oysters. Dish of the day.

Must contain cornbread and celery. Or be english-style (with lots of sage)
