Fuzzy, Hobbit, Spanky and Campy were sitting together in the Bandon Dunes shuttle, traveling up to the practice center in the pre-dawn darkness. The train goes through a pitch-dark tunnel under the main road, and a few seconds later there is the sound of a loud slap. When the shuttle emerges from the tunnel, Hobbit has a bright red handprint on his cheek. No one speaks.
Spanky thinks: Hobbit must have groped Fuzzy in the dark, and Fuzzy slapped his cheek.
Fuzzy thinks: Hobbit must have tried to grope Spanky in the dark, but missed and fondled Campy and he slapped cheek.
Hobbit thinks: Fuzzy must have groped Spanky in the dark. Spanky tried to slap him but missed and got me instead.
Campy thinks: I can't wait for another tunnel, so I can smack Hobbit again.
