A female Fond du Lac real estate agent continued a house tour Dec. 6 at an Auburn Street home despite a male client performing a ****ual act in front of her.

Lt. Steve Klein said the Fond du Lac Police Department arrested the Fond du Lac man Thursday morning for lewd and lascivious behavior. The real estate agent identified the man, and he later posted bond.

The man set up a tour with a local real estate agency at about 2 p.m. on Dec. 6.

During the car ride to the home, he asked the agent if she was single and owned a house. He did not start to commit the ****ual act until 10 minutes into the tour, according to the police report.

After noticing what the man was doing, the woman said she was too uncomfortable to say anything and focused on his eyes. The man stopped the ****ual act when moving between rooms but began once they finished walking, according to the report.

The man did not touch the woman and kept the conversation focused on purchasing the home. The woman said he continued the lewd behavior through two tours of four rooms, one stop in the garage and possibly during the car ride back to her company's offices, the report states.

Sort of reinforces my general observation that real estate agents will do just about anything when the smell the blood scent of a sale.

No offense.  It can be an especially useful trait if they've been hired to sell your place.
