One of my very, very favorites. I've actually had it at the brewery out of a tap. Wonderful and can be hard to find.

For some reason it's always on sale at the Safeway here, so I get it often.

Very much a regional brew (NTTAWT). Lagunitas is usually available, but I don't see the IPA that much. When I do, it's almost never on sale  Sad

I finished off my last two pints of Spitfire ESB (home brew) Sad

Oh well, there's a fine lager waiting to be bottled within the next couple of days. Fingers Crossed

OJ. Spending a couple of hours in close proximity to my nephews is GUARANTEED to give me a cold or worse 3 days later.

LOL!!  So last night, I headed up to the pub.  Warily sizing me up (I sort of look like a republican) the wench said they'd just tapped a new keg of Avery's Ale to the Chief, to, you know, celebrate.  So I said, "Well, he did warn us there would be cause to make sacrifices and all that.  Sure."

When it came I got up and did a friendly cheers with folk at the nearby tables.  Good fellowship abounded.

After that and a Popperings Hommel, I headed home with a smile.
