sucks! My wife bought a package of extra lean turkey bacon yesterday. I can't believe they're allowed to call it bacon.

Meat w/ woman's name = I'd prefer Jennie-O over Louis Rich in the breast department. Trivia time....Jennie-O is a longtime Minnesota company. The founder, Earl Olson, named the company after his daughter. I believe they were bought by a Minnesota purveyor of food (and lots of pig) products, Hormel, a number of years ago. Apparently they didn't learn anything from the bacon group.

Turkey bacon is actually pretty good if cooked in real bacon grease.

Turkey bacon is actually pretty good if cooked in real bacon grease. The same thing could be said about 'most anything though. Fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches FTW!
