There are NO LESS than 20 pairs of shoes here, PLUS 2 pairs of golf shoes and 2 pairs of work boots (one in truck, one at work)

I have 4 pairs of flip-flops (yup, 4 pairs, bitches. How you like me now?)
2 pairs of other sandals
8 pairs of dress shoes
2 pairs of motorcycle boots
3 pairs of Doc Marten boots
3 pairs of athletic shoes
2 pairs of Vans
2 pairs of Keens
2 pairs of Merrells
2 pairs of golf shoes
2 pairs of hiking boots
and probably 5 or 6 other pairs of miscellaneous shoes.
That's just off the top of my head. Is that more than 10?
Oddly enough, I wear the same pair of shoes pretty much every *goshdarn* day.

Oddly enough, I wear the same pair of shoes pretty much every *goshdarn* day. That's the rub. I could get rid of everything but the Hurley's, 1 pair of Chucks, Vans prison issues, 1 pair of 'Dress' shoes and be good . |

I own so many pairs of shoes, it's disturbing. I tallied them up a few years ago and it was embarrassing.
Off the top of my head, I can think of:
1 pair black dress shoes
1 pair black casual shoes
1 pair brown casual shoes
1 pair black golf shoes
1 pair brown golf shoes
1 pair white, sneaker golf shoes
1 pair volleyball shoes
1 pair rollerblades
1 pair hiking boots
2 pair flipflops
1 pair tevas
1 pair workboots
1 pair ski boots
1 pair running shoes
The main rotation is probably: flipflops, black casual shoes, running shoes, tevas.

1 black dress 3 casual (one black, one brown, one tan) 3 casual athletic (sneaker-like) 5 running shoes (  I need to recycle at least 3 pairs) 1 basketball shoes 3 flip-flops (put me in the "they count as shoes" group) 1 winter boots 1 hiking boots 1 "work" boots 1 golf shoes 1 cycling shoes 1 snowboard boots 1 slippers  Great question. I didn't realize I had so much footwear lying around. |

Funny thing is , I'm a complete and utter fraud. After this thread, I look around, and I got shoes everywhere.
My list is really no different than the ones above. And not unlike spacey, it seems I wear the same fookin' pair every day.

Hmmmmmm..... 3 flip-flops (spacey has me by 1, and yes uisce - they count) 3 golf shoes 1 golf sandals  2 black shoes (one dress, one more casual) 4 brown shoes (2 dress, 2 casual) 2 'tennis' shoes (one for grass mowin, one for whateva) 2 house slippers 1 boots 2 football boots (soccer shoes) and about 4 other pairs of old shoes that i just haven't thrown out yet. |
