still dont have that many.  ~20 or so

Getting new releases for the most part.
Grabbed a few replacements for DVD that are massive upgrades. (mostly wait for those to be on mega sale or find them used)

This week got Taken, and the Star Trek 2-4  pack

Dark City D.C. is still my favorite

I actually ordered the Star Trek Trilogy from Amazon right before I started this thread.  Grin

I rented Dark City a long time ago. I watched it late at night so I probably didn't appreciate as much as I should have. I remember that the plot was a little bit like the Matrix. Or I should say it the other way around since I saw Dark City first.

the DC is a much better film, the BR is of course better PQ, but much much much better AQ ... the score/sound is inccredible.  the film was ripped off by the Matrix in many ways

Don't you have a frys nearby?

they're routinely running dodgeball lately @ $12, and ST is regularly $20.     Considering DWMC isn't worth watching more than 1 or 2x....
hehehehe

I remember seeing a Rocky, Dodgeball, and Hoosiers "underdog" 3-pack at Fry's, which I would consider if not for the fact that I already have 2 of them on commercial DVD. My copies of Dodgeball, Super Troopers, and Dude were recorded to DVD from the movie channels, so getting those on BD would be like getting new titles.

Of course, even commercial DVDs don't quite upscale all that well IMHO, so I haven't really been watching too many of my DVDs lately. I need to start thinking about how to get rid of them before they become worthless.
