Not sure but didn't Pink Floyd use it on Animals?
Trying to think where and I'm not coming up with it. So I just pointed my iPod that way. Always nice to have a reason to jam to Animals. Dogs is slightly waka-waka-ish but I think that's pushing it. I'll report back in 40 minutes.

Hints in Dogs and Sheep but in both cases extremely subtle and I wouldn't go so far as to categorize them as waka waka. Roughly 8:00 in Sheep is the strongest example.
The genius of Pink Floyd. When you start dialing in on a track within the track there are all sorts of things to notice, miss, discover, rediscover, wonder about, etc. No detail too small for those guys.
