Well, the garbage people won't even return my emails...... I know the feeling dude.  Most the people that i know that do good selling real-estate it is the family's second income. That's really the only thing that has kept me from doing the same thing. Well that and that whole Repo on every corner around here thing.  |

Well, the garbage people won't even return my emails...... Wasn't trying to piss down your back and tell you its raining. Sales is a hard way to make a living. Ask for the sale at every showing. Be honest, truthful, and upfront with every potential buyer/seller. Don't let your mouth write checks your ass can't cash. Other than that, Dude, you got skillz in a great field. Don't let some ass clown pencil neck geek turn you to the dark side. I wish you well in whatever you choose to do. I will offer mojo and assistance in any way possible. |
