http://jalopnik.com/54911...e-unintended-accelerationI'm going with 'Guilty', because anybody douchebaggy enough to blame the Medddiiiiaaarrrggghhhh for reporting verifiable FACTS is a douchebaggy douchebag.
Maybe I'm cynical, but I come at this whole thing from a couple of decades learning that the American motoring public are, by and large, complete *goshdarn* morons.
Do SOME Toyota's experience unintended acceleration issues for reasons not yet clear?
Yes. The floormat fix was a HUGE joke, one of the early signs that they really don't know what the problem is.
Do most of the people who mix the gas and brake pedals up on their Toyota's have a malfunction?
Again, yes. We used to call it the master cylinder actuator, ie the moron driver.
Let's review: IF you experience this, put the *goshdarn* thing in NEUTRAL! That's the one with the N. You won't even have press the oh-so-complicated button on the side of the shifter, or manipulat your column shift.
Next, try to slow down using the brakes. Since the car is no longer under power, this SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM!
A swinger site? No *feces*!
Also, some of the Jalopnik comments are pretty good!
