I've never built a club in my life. I have no idea how you put the end hitter thing on the long stick thingy.

The bag arrived today. I really, really want to like it but I just don't. It has nothing to do with the color (love it) but I don't care for the club sorting system, and neither of the side pockets is large enough to hold my six-pack cooler. Looks like it's going in the swapshop on that other place, or maybe Ebay. that's too bad. Yeah, bummer. I have yet to find a bag I really like. I have a tour staff bag, that I use for events, but and standard carry bag, there is always some piece of it I don't like. Question. What is the compressor used for in putting grips on? I thought it could be used to take them off, if for some reason you wanted to save them. I've never built a club in my life. I have no idea how you put the end hitter thing on the long stick thingy. The compressor isn't a critical piece in installing grips, but it makes it a hell of a lot easier. Blowing air into the end of the grip while installing creates a "pocket of air" for the grip to glide on and it slides onto the shaft much easier. I've also found that if done correctly it eliminates the need for grip tape/solvent, making grips ready to use almost immediately. YMMV. Hail and cause a severe skin irritation. \m/

The 5 wood arrived yesterday and I assembled last night. Gripped today. The set is done, until I decide which wedges I want. I got the 2007 GS catalog yesterday and the new Snake Eyes wedges are nice looking but I'm holding out to see what TWGT throws out there. I also might return to the Adams Pugliellis that I had in my bag last season, I really liked those, but if I do, the S300s must go. Looks like I'll probably replace the Syncro bag with the Ogio Edge (my Exo's big brother) for this set. Not exactly what I wanted, but I can't seem to find exactly what I want. After the 10" of snow that fell on us on Thursday all I get to do for a while is look at them. I know you're all desperately awaiting pics, but Laura took the camera to Palm Springs.

Any ranges to go to? Indoor/outdoor heated? We've got one that covered/heated but it's about 15 miles from here and is generally crowded as hell.

Wishon will be producing a 949 FW with a shallower face, funky wedges (couldn't get much info out of Matt but special face treatment is the rumour) and a new driver which I might be interested in. They will also have new higher hcp irons.
