Is this a great town, or what?

So we're actually having a once in a decade blizzard, especially seeing as it's November.

I've seen at least 3 people out riding their bicycles in it, two in person and one on the TeeVee machine. Seriously, it's 8 degrees with the windchill, the roads are solid ice (it was JUST warm enough about 1 o'clock for it to fall as rain or melt when it hit) and these folks are riding their bikes in it.
