In all honesty I wouldn't wear it, but not because I think it's particularly hideous, it's just not really my style. If I saw someone else wearing it, I certainly wouldn't find problem with it.

I like the shape of it, but I'm not into the shiny section in the center of the face (mother of pearl?). I don't think I could pull that off, but I usually dress pretty casual. Oddly, I would have liked a more industrial-looking watch like the first picture, which showed the inner workings.

Sounds like you'd like skeleton watch. Clear dial so you can see the movement running. I'm really on the fence. I should probably just be patient and something I like better will probably come along, but I've been looking at this watch all week with my finger on the "Buy it now" trigger.  |
