Rock on.
That chili sounds good. Recipe?
well, this is about a 1 gallon recipe (about 20 servings)
-------
1 green
1 red
1 yellow
bell peppers
2 small habanero peppers (more if you like it really spicy)
1 large leek (root end only)
2 oz tequila
2 oz grapeseed oil
-------------
completely liquefy the above in a blender
add these into the blended mix (to taste, but general guidelines)
2 tbsp black pepper
6-8 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp ground rosemary
3 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp ground fennel seed
RELIQUIFY for 1-2 more minutes. this should be very very frothy
on high high heat, quickly brown the meat
2 pounds ground meat (prefer 1# 93% turkey, 1# 95 beef)... but anything above about 90% lean will work
*at the same time as meat is browning*
add the liquified mix, plus 3 cans black beans, 1 can pinto beans, (fresh of course would be better on these) , 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can diced tomatoes together on medium heat into a big pot
bring to a slight simmer
add in the browned meat slowly
stir occasionally as needed
keep on medium heat until the 'thickness' you like is achieved (corn starch can accelerate this )
