vendors- meh... mostly junk clubs, getaways, and the only real highlight was the rockbottom display
equipment demo- meh.. nothing new from anyone except the nike sumo square (which I had already hit)
watching (and listening to) Zuback+ Pavlet- pretty interesting.
got a free cobra hat though

Sweet. Went here last weekend. Same experience as yours. Missed Fuzzy, though. Could have hit the Sumo, but I wasn't gonna wait in line for 45 minutes. Got a bunch of freebie giveaways, Ping hat, few logo balls, etc. Tried 150 yard closet to the pin. 12 yards. Drank a lot of beer, and free Crown Royal shots.

funniest part really was talking with zuback.
maybe 1/2" taller than I am, yet probably 60# heavier LOL tv doesn't really do him (err, his physique) justice.
the weird thing with him was he was sucking in sooo much air. not winded, just you could tell his muscles get quite a workout and need tons of gas.

Best part of the show here. We'll catch up stroh BTW, I missed knocking one in trying that LOOONG putt contest by ~3 inches. Damn! And I didn't want to wait 45-60 minutes to hit a club or two either. My advice for the next show....put all the vendor booths on the concourses and turn the whole field into a demo range. They just don't have that many vendors anyway. Oh well.

LOL! Funny.
I didn't see any big golf people there, but we did get to meet Harmon Killebrew.
He was nice. Signed a picture for Maddie. He was before my time, but I enjoyed chatting with him.

Tried 150 yard closet to the pin. 12 yards. Could have been worse, you could have shanked it.

Tried 150 yard closet to the pin. 12 yards. Could have been worse, you could have ******* it. Good thing this isn't a golf forum. You'd be instantly in such a place.
