so after selling $45 12 packs of coke, generating obscene profits on some N-B.C's,  they'll go overseas so they can't be taxed?

Dubai has a cool indoor skiing dealy and Tiger Woods (the best golf course architect in the world, apparently) has been contracted to design a new golf course there. What's not to love?

Will it be Halliburton that doesn't get taxed, or just the executives personally?

From my understanding the bulk of their operations and subsidiaries will remain U.S. based, and they will keep their legal incorporation in the U.S. leaving them subject to US laws, regulations, and yes taxes. (No worries, they'll still be available to the U.S. gov't for multi-billion dollar no-bid contracts.) How this affects the executives' tax status, I'm not certain. Presumably they will not lose their U.S. citizenship and/or become legal citizens of Dubai and since their paychecks will come from a U.S. based operation, I would imagine they're still liable to pay U.S. federal income tax.
