If you know the email address you signed up with, it looks like they'll email you the account id you used:

I actually know my id, the password is what is missing.  They tell me the info I gave them is not wrong (my email is right, ID matches email, everything else is wrong-including my DOB!)

Why not, I'm sure one of the 16th seeds would pull off the upset if we selected them for him.
