I (and Kev is included) have a shorterm job.  My aunt and uncle just got a computer and internet.  My (our) job is to school them in on both.  Cool  And, in return for my (our) work, they are going to take us golfing. Cool Cool

Congrats!  Smiley

What kind of online activities do you think would interest them most (that would also be easy to get them up to speed)?  Email?  IM?  News sites?

Well, Uncle Al mentioned e-mail and also e-bay in the brief phone call we had a few minutes ago.  IM might be of interest to them - he asked who we use for internet and then asked if we had msn.  I asked if he meant instant messaging but he didn't seem to understand what that is.  Sounds like we'll start with the basics and build up.

Yeah, it's better to start out with both parties knowing we need to start at the bottom than having someone insist on where to start only to get partway through and having to start all over with the basics.

I'm really gonna like this.

Yeah, he's planning on looking for gun parts and stuff, but I'm sure he'll be looking at golf equipment in no time at all.  He's quite looking forward to that already. Grin
