Lunch?

The mrs. and I went to Salt Lake Pizza and Pasta in Sugarhouse. I: Grilled chicken and sundried tomato linguine with pine nuts and gorganzola cheese, iced tea. She: Artichoke heart and roasted red pepper linguine with kalamata olives, red onions, pesto, and goat cheese, iced tea. The arguable highlight of the meal was the music played on the sound system, which was a carefully selected rotation of completely over played radio hit garbage, including The Fray's How to Save a Life and Sting's If I Ever Lose my Faith in You.

Sounds good. I was bad today. Arby's grilled sourdough ham, and roast beef melts. 2 for 3 bucks. I was in a hurry, and short on time. Marks the end of a 7 week streak, of no fast food/prepared food for lunch. Oh, well. Back on the wagon starting tomorrow.(After a brisk 4 mile walk tonight )

Sounds good. I met my brother at Johnnie's. Which is a famous burger place around these parts. I had a cheeseburger with johnnies sauce (Hickory Sauce ) and fries. Highlight would be the nice gunja he gave me and the pandhandler that came up to us as we were leaving. He asked for help and pulled out a notepad and read some bs story about how his car broke down and he needed a tow. So I said "man I don't have time I got to go to work." To which he replied, "I need a Christian, I need $18.65 for blah blah." So I said, "Are Christians easier to scam? Besides I don't have any cash on me" As he was walking away he said, "then you should sell your car if you don't have any cash." WTF

Leftovers from the night before. Sauted chicken thighs, carrots, celery, onion, red and green pepper, and eggplant as the main ingredient. Umm GOOD!

Change almonds to cashews and the latte to a diet A&W and you have my lunch as well. Those Austins crackers suck, though.

Rigatoni under a tomato-based sauce with sausage.
A little late, but the same as Nat had.
