This post is most certainly unnecessary, but I'll bang it out any way, because I'm half in the bag, and amped up on the season finale` of LOST.
We are all golfers of honor, and the spirit of the competition, coupled with the restrictions of an on line event demand we adhere to a certain actions.
In this competition, we are given a gracious window, given to us by a more than gracious official, working pro bono. For the mere fact, I'm sure, that he likes the term bono. Bone - Oh! Ghey Fahkker.
We all play differently. Some a little, some a lot.
You may go out alone, for the solitude, and play as a single. You may join a contingent from across the nation, in a lipstick and leather festival. You may play with your weekend foursome. You may drag your brother out for nine. You may tell your husband to get bent, and join your regular league out for nine, and tell him to walk home. You may make a man on man internet date, and get it done that way.
Who evar you decide to play yoor gaff..........I think the spirit in which Clive laid it out was........
You pick a day. You step up to the first tee, and announce "This is my GolfHos Ryder Cup Round".
Now say it to yourself. You don't want to sound any weirder than you already do. Especially in red stilettos and assless chaps.
If you suck. You suck. Turn it in. If you go out with your brother in law, or some 6 foot 4 pot smokin' crooner the next day, and shoot a front nine 37..........too bad. You still sukk.
Pick a day(nine) play it, and that's the one you use.
Not that anyone has done any different. I'm just sayin' that's how we roll.
Am I off?
