tinnitus
« on: November 04, 2006, 09:49:30 PM »

I went to see my friend's band (www.mightbetragic.com) play last night. I haven't been to a club show in a long, long time. Forgot to take earplugs. My ears have been ringing all day long, as if they hadn't been damaged enough in my late teens/ early 20s by going to loud shows.  Bricks It was an all ages show, which always sucks, but some of the older kids remembered when the SLC scene was cool, and I got a lot of comments on my GB hoodie.

Really weird experience. I've gotten so old.  Protest

LOL.

i can't imagine the looks i would get here @ a show,  if we actually got any worth a crap.

the only (4) 'metallers' around here that i know of :  moved away (2), left 'the scene' (1), and ?? (1).

this count based on the # of people that attended the nunslaughter/deceased  show in 2002.

at any other show I've attended (cob, etc)  it was all trendyboppers and scenester wannabes.
