What are your plans this weekend!
« on: June 01, 2007, 02:35:19 PM »

It's Saturday morning here (thank god!!) just lazing around watching the golf.
Russell is going to golf this afternoon, and I think I am having drinks with the girls this afternoon.
I'm trying to work out how I can get out of going, grocery shopping, but I can't figure that one out!! Grin

The good thing about getting old, is that you can hit the ball out of sight.

Drinking tonight.

Presumably, that will generate ideas for the rest of the weekend.

We're playing at my dad's course: Kingswood... I used to be a member there about too about 15 years ago.

I've always wanted to play in one, but I'm not really good enough, I wouldn't be able to relax and have a good time, as it would be pretty serious!

You don't need to be really good, you just need to be consistant.... this year they've changed the format, so that the really good players don't have so much of an advantage...

Nah... haven't really come close... best finish at a local event was 4th with something like a net 60, where there winners had a net 58 Cry
