Haven't seen the show. Allen Funk was enough for me. Thinking about this though. You use my image without authorization for 60 seconds of a 90 minute movie (0.7%). The portrayal is embarrassing leading even to faceless netzians calling me a 'pansy'.  The article reports the movie has thus far grossed $320 million and you don't want to pay me? Sorry, I'm now a movie star. Break out the checkbook bubba. I'll settle for an even $1 million but my fee goes up for the sequel. |

{maybe i'm wrong} but isn't that the thing about public places? he must have signed the release waiver {or whatever it is called} at some point (since his face wasn't obscured in the film).... btw, someone on fark apparently upld'd the clip (or at least linked to it) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQwkVMq2zQYhe's about 55 seconds in. Strolling down the street is one thing. If I happen to be crossing the street in NYC and end up on Law and Order then so be it. If someone chases me down and tries to stick their tongue in my ear... different thing.
If he signed the release/waiver/whatever then tough *feces*. He's on his own. If he didn't, they need to pay up IMO.
Just going off the "facts" or lack thereof in the story.
