I've been Raptured - Demo day comes to Chaska

Demo day at my home course from 4:00-7:00 today.

Hit a lot of the new drivers. (currently I have the Ping G5). The Ping Rapture rocks. 10.5 deg. with the Aldila "By You" stiff shaft - Literally would've bought one on the spot. Titleist D2 was very good as well (did NOT like the triangle shaped D1).

The Cobra I hit and square Callys and Nikes are f-ing LOUD!!!!!!!!!!! And really didn't impress me that much.

I also put in a session with the Ping rep doing a dynamic fitting with their irons. I highly recommend it if you have the chance. Multiple iron and shaft combinations and you are on the range watching the ballflight. The whole enchilada.

Also, the Callaway X Forged irons with the Project X shafts are really, really nice.

Bottom line....Demo days are very cool..........and very evil........................
