Less than 33. The 32's stretch a bit at the seam. I'm still working my way down. I got pretty chunky for a while. I have some 36's in the drawer, that will never again see the light of day.  I guess the 36s were before you switched to goat piss light. |

Who are the two liers at 30 and 31!  Damn I'm topping the list.  I'm 38 years old and a 32 after 2 years at 34. The wife and I did the South Beach about 3 months ago. Still keeping it off.  |

Still at 32", but if things continue... 33" is in my future  I've started a routine that should keep me at 32" for a long time, or even get me back into my 31s (more comfortably anyway). |

I was a 32 forever. Now, at 56 years old, and having quit smoking 18 months ago, I'm a 34.  i quit 3.5 years ago. i was a 29-30 when i quit. been expanding ever since. 34 currently. |

I voted 39". Doesn't sound too good, but a little over a month ago I was 42+ and 15# heavier. Looking to get to at least 36, and <200#.  |
