Very little at the moment. I was out of town last weekend, and I think we're missing each other this weekend as well. Probably get together for lunch next week though. To be honest I have no expectations of it becoming more than friends - but as I said, I would welcome any change  See, I'm one of those nice guys that lacks the excitement (and problems) the bad boys offer - I'm far too accustomed to the 'I like you, but not in that way' line. They all want to be my friend (well, not all - but the ones I'm interested in anyway - I do have some 'just for fun' ladies I could ring up  ). I'm going to find out if this is the case soon, I promise |

Oh jees - the Internet is the last place I want to share such personal information - but since I opened the door and you seem to want me to succeed, I'll share... Short answer is Nope - seems I've got myself a good friend, but nothing more. I'm not basing this on any direct exchange, but just the signals I've been picking up. So, my attention was spread out amongst a number of friends and acquaintances - not ignoring her by any standard, that would be petty and uncalled for - but just being a social butterfly Then..... She had to leave early and I was on the dance floor at the time (summoned there by other ladies... again ) so she didn't get to say good bye. So, she left me a voicemail message stating she was sorry she missed me on the way out, left a 'kiss' for me with a friend, and that she really wanted me to call her about lunch this week. WTF? I'm not one to overthink things, trust me - but this seemed a bit out of the ordinary for her. So, I'm right back where I started before this weekend - slightly confused, but too old to care much |

Why would she go to the effort of leaving a message (kiss) with a friend, then leave a voice message on your phone, wanting to catch up with you for lunch.
Is lunch a regular thing with you two.
