Golfhos Computer whiz's please help!!

I saved some photos on the computer under Russell's photos, instead of mine. How do I move them over to my photos. This is probably quite simple, but you know me, I have no idea how to do it.

I'm sure it requires a reboot.

Just a bit of Micro$oft humor. Pay me no mind. The easiest way to do it is open the folder with Russel's photos, select the ones you want to move (hold down the "Ctrl" key while clicking to select multiple photos), right click on them and select "cut," then open the folder with your photos, right click somewhere inside that folder (but not on one of the files) and select "paste."

I wish I had asked earlier.
I have completely lost one photo on the computer here, trying to move it around.

Do you use Windows Explorer for that? It is a good place to move stuff around to different folders by cut/paste.
