because you are about to experience life with Hicks as an owner.

Take a look at the Texas Rangers message board http://www.forums.mlb.com...=ml-rangers&tid=17806

I'm a Rangers fan and I'm pretty much done with all their bull*feces*.  He has got to be the worst owner in all of sports or at least in the top 3.  Giving $250 million to A-Rod only to trade him later to the Yanks after saying he wouldn't.  Signing Chan Ho Park and Todd Van Poppel give me a *goshdarn* break.  Trading Chris Young and Adrian Gonzalas to the Padres so they could be NL Allstars in SoCal.  Now trading away Mark Teixeira and saying we are building for the future.  I thought we started that build for the future 7 years ago.

What did we get in return?  More of the same type of players we have now adding great depth to the infield but still no pitchers.  Expect more of the same I suppose for the perennial cellar dwellers in the years to come.  Hopefully he has no say in the operations for Liverpool or you guys are screwed.

I think they're loving it actually.  Wallets were opened this year and in theory they should content for the league.  It was touch and go there for a while though.  Looked like Benitez was getting a bit antsy.

Plus.... this.  I believe the Scousers are probably happy with the ownership change.

Yeah new kick ass stadiums are part of his MO.  Personnel decisions however can take all the excitement out of that real fast.  The Rangers got a nice new stadium too but who gives a *feces* about that when your all-star players no longer play in it.

Our General Manager is 28 years old if that tells you anything.  Okay I'm really just jealous of the GM since it is my dream job, but his decisions are suspect.  Of course he did sign Sosa. Roll Eyes

because you are about to experience life with Hicks as an owner.

Yeah bitches - strap yourselves it, I'm gunna give 'er hell!

I'll start by stating that by bad mouthing such decisions you will find yourself on a list that all Rangers security personnel are required to memorize.  I haven't exported the list to Liverpool yet - but customs are soon to be taught a lesson by my advance scouts and it will be there soon.

What does this list get you, you ask?  'Termination with extreme prejudice', to put it bluntly.  Bush has my back, so wtf you gunna do?  Thats what I thought.

Sosa was signed as a side show act - he puts a few butts in the seats and gets us some press from time to time - I call that success.  You expected more?  Thats your mistake, not mine.

Teixeira?  Yeah, good player, but overrated - I sold high man.  Besides, he peaked too soon - everyone expects 2005 over again.... not gunna happen.  That and he's no good on the PR front - too stale - doesn't bring the 'freak' like Sosa.

So yeah - Liverpool should prepare.  I take my futbol more seriously, but still need that media play to work for me.  Thought about bringing Gazza back, he's always good for some headlines - but that bastard couldn't stay sober long enough to finish negotiations.  Not to mention all of his 'rock star' demands.  I mean really - breakfast in bed every morning of haggis with the liver picked out - wtf is that about?  The liver is the best part!

Anyway - if you have any good media attention signings please pass them on.  But they must have longevity - not just media attention for the signing - the guy needs to produce season after season.

Soon to be your local trash man.

I don't play golf anymore.   Well, maybe I do sort of.  I quit keeping score, started drinkning beer and I started playing better.

Hicks will also be aware he is unpopular on Merseyside - his son Thomas Jnr was spat at and chased out of a pub by angry fans following Liverpool's game with Middlesbrough at Anfield on Saturday.

And that was after a win.  LOL.

Won't be long now.

Javier Mascherano has completed a permanent move to Liverpool by signing a four-year deal.

This is huge.  Big enough to grant Hicks and Gillette a reprieve for a week or two.  Rafa... different story.  He has to get past Inter on March 11th.  I don't think a league fourth is good enough by itself.

It was revealed on Thursday Hicks had sent a three-page letter to Parry insisting he tender his resignation, as the battle for control at the club reached a new level of embarrassment for British football's most successful club.

This dude is a major train wreck.  Not two days after Pool's biggest win of the season he starts slinging buckets of controversy.  He'd better stay out of England.  The Scousers will be just itching to take him out.

Oh, and by the way...
