I don't know if I should tell you all, that he is making a putting green out the back as well!! You know, those have to be cropped pretty tight. And maintained regularly.

I use a lawn service. The guy comes at two week intervals and charges $35 for each visit (cutting and edging the grass). I pay him a little extra when he trims the hedges. It's well worth it.
