My dad chooses to stay certified (which there was a time that his
current previous employers could care less about, but realized how important it is - actually, it caused quite a stir the first time my dad mentioned he wanted to go to the 2 day seminar....), and if it wasn't so expensive, there would be some classes that I would love to sit in on. Some of it is just the same old stuff, but there usually are other classes, too.
