Favorite Sushi

We've had sushi come up in two separate threads recently, which struck me as interesting.
For those of you that like sushi, what do you usually order (traditional stuff or maybe local favorite funky combo rolls)
Here's my top 5: 1. Unagi - eel 2. Sake - salmon 3. Spider Roll - soft shell crab 4. Hamachi - yellowtail 5. California Roll

1. Maguro 2. Tekka maki 3. Ebi 4. Unagi (only if it's not too slimy) 5. California roll (meh--if it's there, I'll eat it)
I also like maguro sashimi, but if a place offers all-Maguro chirashi, I'll order that before anything else.

3. Ebi
I'm not big on Ebi at all, but I do like amaebi (for the fried head part) Man, that's weird, I never noticed that amaebi looks kind of like Cthulhu.

Most any of the nigiri, especially the tuna and salmon. Most of the Maki, also.

I like a lot but Unagi is not one of my favorites. Agree with 2, 3, 4 above. Had a spicy tuna roll last week that was awesome. If I'm in a new restaurant I'll ask them to pick me a couple favorites. I'll try anything.

Tuna, yellowtail, saba, salmon nigiri. All good. I don't really go for the mushy ones like sea urchin.
I also like the rolls with cucumber or tuna, or California rolls.

This place near my house has a concoction they call "Disney Roll" (for no apparent reason that I can discern).
It has tempura shrimp (makes it crunchy) and avocado inside, and then its topped with a crab topping. It's unbelievably delicious.
I don't really care for most sushi, though. I like tamago and ebi.

I don't know that I can rank them in order, but my favorites are probably: Toro, Chutoro, Maguro, Hamachi, and Sake. Unagi and Iko are good if prepared correctly. I tend to like nigiri, but it's an expensive way to do it.
I also care a great deal for a spicy Tako roll. I'm a fan of the spider roll as well. I have no need for California Rolls. Not a huge fan of saba. I do not like Uni, not even a little.
